Suggested Use: Use on muscles and joints before and after strenuous exercise for relief of tension.  Goldenrod is known to be useful for adrenal fatigue and as an allergy support.*  You may also use as a throat spray for post nasal congestion.  If you use hydrosols as a throat spray always consult with a healthcare professional before using any hydrosol in this manner.  Only use this product for up to one year after purchase.  Keep refrigerated if you plan on using this product as a throat spray.  You may also spray 3 or 4 sprays of this hydrosol into a hot cup of tea or hot water which can be effective as well.
